Low Delivery Cost

All orders to Australian addresses are charged a $8 flat rate and $18 for Express Post. Spend $100 or more and receive free standard shipping!

We also offer international shipping, with costs calculated at checkout for delivery addresses outside Australia.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched to Australia Post within 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). Once dispatched from our warehouse, the time frames are; 2 - 8 business days for Standard delivery or 1 - 4 business days for Express.

Returns

We will refund or exchange any item you are not entirely satisfied with, if returned within 60 days.

Best sticky chai
I love a good chai but the powder chais most cafes serve is super sweet. I found a nearby cafe that served a delicious chai in a pot. I asked them what chai they used: it was Prana.
I an trying to convert my local cafe to Prana. But i bought my own so I can make it myself!

Excellent Chai
I bought this for my sister-in-law, who is a Chai expert. She loves it so much and she uses the traditional Nepali way of slowly brewing it and using condensed milk.

Prana Sticky Chai is the best
I have instituted a new daily routine:-Prana Sticky Chai morning tea cuppa! I love the taste of this tea, and it has a great effect on my digestive system as well! I have it with almond milk and it is nourishing, stimulating and filling all at once:-)
